Meet our owners (past and present)!  David and Susan Livingston started American General Adjusting in 1973.  They have seen a multitude of changes in the industry over the years, but always worked hard to maintain relevancy through time -tested hard work and great service.  In 2000, Leslie Germundson began working with the family business.  She has a B.A. from the University of St Thomas.   She has been modernizing the business and completed a purchase of the company in 2018.  She continues to build on the foundation of hard work and great service.
